Week 1: Mr. Dub's Revenge
Madison is powered to a hot start by the new $96 Million man!
Week 1 Recap
The season may be young, but one of the league’s biggest rivalries showed no signs of rust out the gate! Mr. Dub jumped to an early-week lead over the defending champion, Team Weinstein, and never looked back. Not only did he get his revenge for last season’s heartbreaking finals loss, but he also cut into Mark’s all-time series lead, which now stands at 14-11. Mark will now wait until week 14 to get even with his pops.
Newcomer Madison also had an eye for the dramatics as she narrowly defeated Katelyn’s Unleash the Fury by a mere 2 points. Not only was this a matchup for the ages, but it also cements both clubs as true contenders this season. Congrats on the first ever win, Madison!
Lexie’s Legit rocked my Blitzkrieg in stunning fashion. Lexie sits in second place and leaves the #1 projected team in dead last. Ooomf. I am not going to panic just yet.
Our first ever champion and record-holder for most consecutive losses ever, Henry’s Washington Hockey Team, turned some heads with a convincing defeat over Eric’s Under New Management. Like the Islanders, his club is a work in progress.
Jordan’s Philly’s Elite, Snow Cones, and Ian’s Chelsea’s Dagger also won their week 1 matchups and look to build on their strong finishes to 2024-25, which saw each of their teams make the playoffs.

Week 2 Preview
Week 2 is headlined by Kendall’s Team Wong as he takes on Madison’s Gr8 Victory Lap. After a disappointing end to last season, a good start is critical to Kendall’s playoffs hopes. Can he get back to .500 with a win or will Madison jump to a 2-0 star?. These former Churchill foes are surely going to put on a show!
